Skilful negotiation with Water Corp, able to create one 4-storey building of 4500m² built over the sewer.

Design items such as full height windows created light filled, attractive building resulting in building being immediately fully leased on completion.

One of the first buildings of its type in WA to achieve a rating above 4 stars ABGR.

Comprehensive accurate documentation provided close tendering, resulted in project coming below budget even in very overheated market.
